Job Summary
This role is ideal for a skilled Pharmaceutical Production Technician or equivalent professional seeking a permanent contract through a specialized temporary employment agency, with high potential for permanent takeover by leading pharmaceutical companies. Day-to-day responsibilities involve the preparation, operation, monitoring, and cleaning of complex pharmaceutical production and filling equipment. You will execute critical manufacturing, packaging, and filling processes strictly following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines, utilizing Process Control Systems (PLS/DCS) and electronic documentation (ERP, MES). Key requirements include a completed vocational qualification as a Pharmakant or similar (e.g., Chemical Technician with GMP experience), proven experience in pharmaceutical production, and a high sense of quality and hygiene responsibility. The position requires flexibility and a willingness to work in continuous shift systems (2-shift, 3-shift, or full continuous).
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as a Pharmaceutical Technician (Pharmakant) or comparable qualification (e.g., Chemical Technician (Chemikant) with GMP experience, Chemical Technical Assistant (CTA))
Experience
- Professional experience in pharmaceutical production, ideally in manufacturing, packaging, or sterile production
- Experience working with Process Control Systems and electronic documentation
- Demonstrated high level of quality, hygiene, and responsibility awareness (GMP Mindset)
