Job Summary

This role is for a Team Lead and IT Product Owner focused on shaping the future process landscape, specifically developing, optimizing, and implementing sustainable Order-to-Cash solutions within the 'MAKE' process area. The successful candidate will provide technical and disciplinary leadership for an 8-member expert team, acting as the central point of contact for Global Process IT Experts and Global Key-Users. Key responsibilities include strategic definition, global roadmap planning, and functional development of the 'MAKE' IT product, ensuring optimal business support. Day-to-day tasks involve coordinating international rollouts, driving the continuous development of cross-divisional production and value creation processes, and managing 2nd and 3rd level support for global Supply Chain Management IT systems, including SAP S/4HANA. The role requires strong communication skills, a modern leadership style, and active participation in standardization and digitalization initiatives.
