The successful candidate will plan, develop, and enhance custom software solutions, taking full responsibility for projects from conception to release, aligning closely with product and customer visions. Key responsibilities include collaborating with Product Owners and stakeholders to define requirements, actively shaping technology decisions and system architecture, and adapting business processes alongside software development. This position requires strong full-stack experience (5+ years preferred), expertise in complex system landscapes, and the ability to contribute actively to the team's culture and continuous improvement processes, utilizing a modern, diverse toolchain encompassing cloud platforms, microservices, and AI technologies.
