Job Summary

This leadership role involves the technical and disciplinary management of IT specialists focused on Communication and Collaboration solutions. The Group Lead will be responsible for defining, integrating, maintaining, and advancing Media Technology, Communication Systems, and Collaboration products, with a strong emphasis on Microsoft technologies, particularly Microsoft 365. A key focus is developing and implementing strategies for user adoption within the Microsoft 365 product lifecycle and ensuring the security and compliance of all deployed products. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or a related field, several years of relevant experience, and proven leadership capabilities, ideally within agile environments. Success in this role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, coupled with fluency in English for effective international collaboration.
