Job Summary
This role is for a dedicated Team Leader and Electrical Engineering Specialist responsible for the operational management and maintenance of complex building technical facilities in Munich. Key responsibilities include overseeing the entire electrical engineering domain, creating weekly schedules for the team, and performing advanced troubleshooting and repair of system failures. The specialist must be proficient in operating Building Management Systems (BMS) and ensuring compliance with relevant electrical regulations. Furthermore, the role requires preparing detailed technical reports and presenting performance analyses in weekly client meetings. Candidates must possess a relevant technical qualification (Master Craftsman, Technician, or Engineer in Electrical Engineering) and proven professional experience in team leadership, building technology, and measurement, control, and regulation systems.

Completed training as Master Craftsman (Meister), Technician, or Engineer in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent qualification.
