Job Summary

This role involves working as a (Senior) Fullstack Engineer within the Timetable IT division, focusing on the agile development of innovative scheduling solutions for capacity strategy and planning within the DB InfraGO AG. Day-to-day responsibilities include the implementation and operation of scalable cloud-native services using AWS, Kubernetes, and Docker, alongside developing and maintaining Microservices architectures and APIs (REST, OpenAPI). The engineer will be responsible for both backend and frontend technical implementation and documentation, ensuring high code quality through peer reviews and automated testing. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Computer Science or equivalent, coupled with extensive experience (at least 5 years) in Fullstack or Backend development using technologies like Java, Spring Boot, and AWS Cloud. Expertise in DevOps practices, agile methodologies (Scrum/SAFe), and frontend development (JavaScript/TypeScript) is crucial for success in this cross-functional, end-to-end responsible team.
