Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future-proof strategic direction, technical conception, and optimization of DB Energie's 50 Hz power grids. The specialist will ensure a reliable, safe, economical, and sustainable energy supply by conducting thorough grid design and planning, adapting to changing generation and consumption structures. Key responsibilities include developing and evaluating complex target grid plans based on customer requirements and regulations, creating and updating technical connection conditions (TAB 50 Hz), and representing DB Energie in internal and external committees. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Electrical/Energy Engineering or equivalent qualification, possesses at least three years of professional experience in energy supply, and has excellent knowledge of current laws, technical rules, and grid calculation software like PSSSINCAL or PowerFactory. Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and fluency in German and English are required to succeed in this critical infrastructure role.
