Job Summary

Join DB InfraGO AG, the infrastructure company of Deutsche Bahn, as a Technical Project Assistant in Construction Management in Stuttgart, contributing to the development of 1,800 attractive, sustainable, and high-capacity railway stations by 2030. In this role, you will provide essential support to Project Managers across all phases of construction projects, from preparation and planning to execution and final closure. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project documentation and reporting, controlling communication and correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulatory filing, and coordinating the handover of operational documentation. You will also assist with supplementary contract management (Nachtragsmanagement) and procurement processes for planning and construction services, requiring independent coordination with purchasing departments and contractors. The ideal candidate is a certified Technician or Master Craftsman, ideally with experience in construction project management, and possesses strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, alongside proficiency in Office365, SAP R3, and iTWO.
