Job Summary

This role involves developing, implementing, and optimizing sophisticated signal processing algorithms for passive radar systems, focusing on target detection, tracking, and classification (e.g., CFAR, tracking, data fusion). The System Engineer will be crucial in synchronizing and processing signals from existing transmitter infrastructures like FM, DVB-T, DAB, LTE, 5G, and 6G for bistatic/multistatic radar scenarios. Key responsibilities also include designing comprehensive system concepts, creating technical system documentation (interface, verification, and acceptance documents), and managing requirements throughout the system lifecycle. The ideal candidate will use simulation tools like MATLAB, Python, or C/C++ to model radar scenarios, plan and execute system verification and acceptance tests, and support national and international measurement campaigns. This position requires a background in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a related technical field, coupled with expertise in radar signal processing and strong programming skills.
