Job Summary

This permanent position seeks an engaged PLC Engineer to join an international team in Leverkusen, focusing on the development and commissioning of automated systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include the programming of PLC controls, specifically utilizing Siemens TIA Portal, followed by the on-site commissioning of machinery and plants. This involves comprehensive testing, detailed fault analysis, and final system acceptance. Furthermore, the role requires creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation, as well as training customers on system operation and maintenance. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics and proven experience in PLC programming.
