Job Summary
The Technical Manager will take on a critical role in managing and leading technical aspects of system development and bid processes for a globally recognized provider of mission equipment and training solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading technical development teams, defining system concepts, conducting requirements analysis and management, and overseeing system integration, testing, and qualification processes. This role involves significant technical leadership, including presenting proposals to clients, negotiating technical content with partners and suppliers, and managing technical risk and claims. The ideal candidate must hold a technical degree, possess several years of professional experience in a technical department, and demonstrate fluency in English, especially technical English.
