Job Summary

This permanent, full-time role as a (Junior) Project Manager in Electrical Engineering is based in Ottobrunn near Munich, Germany, within Apleona Südost GmbH. The successful candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive management and execution of General Contractor (GU) projects, focusing heavily on electrical systems within industrial buildings. Key daily activities involve project planning, processing, and billing in accordance with HOAI standards, coordinating construction processes, and strictly controlling site results. A crucial part of the job includes managing and enforcing supplementary claims (Nachtragsgestaltung). Technically, the role requires expertise in planning access control and escape route control systems. Ideal candidates must hold completed training as an Electronic Technician or Electrician, coupled with advanced certification as a Master Craftsman or Technician in Electrical Engineering. Essential qualifications include secure knowledge of German construction standards (HOAI, VOB, DIN, VDE norms) and proven experience in creating proposals for structural and civil engineering projects. This position offers a professional environment, 32 days of annual leave, and flexible mobile working options up to three days a week.
