Job Summary

The Facility Management Object Manager will be the central technical point of contact for residential users in Berlin, coordinating and overseeing all maintenance, repair, and large-scale refurbishment projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include obtaining quotes, conducting site inspections for damage assessment, creating and tracking maintenance orders, and coordinating defect rectification with specialized external companies. A key part of the role involves managing and steering external service providers, organizing planning meetings (Jour Fixes), and ensuring all technical data is accurately maintained in the CAFM system. This role requires a background in engineering or technical trades (e.g., Electrical, HVAC, Refrigeration) and proven leadership experience. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training with further qualification as a Master Craftsman or certified Technician (e.g., Electrical Engineering, HVAC, Supply Engineering, Refrigeration Technology) OR a completed degree in Facility Management, Building Services Engineering, or General Engineering.
