Job Summary

This role involves taking independent responsibility for the construction management and supervision of electrical systems (ELT) in Frankfurt. The Construction Manager will coordinate and steer subcontractors and suppliers, ensuring that projects are executed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Key responsibilities include reviewing and implementing execution and assembly plans, controlling site-related costs, and managing invoicing. The successful candidate must have a background in electrical engineering—either through a Master/Technician qualification in Energy and Building Technology or a relevant university degree. Strong knowledge of VOB, HOAI, DIN, and VDE standards is essential, along with experience managing subcontractors and construction teams.
