The specialist will be responsible for technical consultation regarding infrastructure and network solutions, alongside the critical tasks of analyzing, prioritizing, and resolving incidents at both server and network levels. A key part of the job includes participating in cross-departmental IT projects and meticulously documenting system landscapes, networks, and processes. Candidates should possess fundamental knowledge of network topologies, common network technologies, IT security, and firewall solutions, ideally backed by relevant IT training or at least two years of professional experience in a similar support function.
