Job Summary

This role involves the independent operation, maintenance, and repair of complex building technical systems, ensuring optimal functionality and safety. Key responsibilities include proactive troubleshooting, fault elimination, performing mandatory safety and functional checks, and meticulous documentation of all work performed. The technician will also coordinate, instruct, and accept services from external subcontractors. Successful candidates must hold vocational training as an Electrician or a comparable qualification in energy and building technology, possess a strong service and customer focus, and be proficient in written and spoken German. This permanent position requires a Class B driver's license and participation in an on-call rotation, utilizing a professionally equipped service vehicle.
