Job Summary

This role offers an exciting opportunity to actively contribute to the energy transition by managing the lifecycle of offshore grid connections, from operational planning and construction to successful commissioning and ongoing maintenance. Day-to-day tasks involve dynamic project work, actively participating in construction and installation phases both in shipyards and offshore, ensuring the reliable operation of existing and new grid connections, and performing effective fault analysis and troubleshooting. The ideal candidate possesses a background in electrical engineering, mechanics, or a comparable technical field, whether as a skilled worker, technician, master craftsman, or university graduate. Strong communication skills, organizational talent, and a structured approach are essential, along with a readiness for regular travel and offshore deployment, making this a pivotal role in securing continuous energy supply.

Required Skills

Education

Technical skilled worker qualification, Technician, Master Craftsman, or University degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or comparable technical field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in technical field (Electrical Engineering, Mechanics, or comparable)
  • Experience in operational planning and commissioning processes
  • Experience in construction and installation environments (shipyard or offshore)
  • Experience in maintenance and reliable operation of technical systems
