Job Summary

This role is ideal for an experienced IT professional ready to step into a leadership position, coordinating local IT support tasks for an international technology company in Kiel, starting March 2026. The IT Coordinator/Team Lead will manage a team of four, overseeing daily IT support operations, including IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) support and ensuring compliance with central IT policies. A strong focus is placed on IT Service Management processes and coordinating with the local Managing Director and the central IT headquarters in Munich regarding requirements and projects. Key requirements include a university degree in IT or equivalent professional training, management skills, experience with Windows hardware support, and strong networking knowledge. Excellent German language skills are essential for effective communication and coordination within the German office and with central management.
