Job Summary

This role seeks an experienced Business Solution Architect to drive innovative IT solutions and process optimization within the automotive industry, specifically focusing on warranty and service systems. Based in Mannheim, you will be a key figure in a project team, developing customized business and IT architectures to efficiently support complex processes. Daily responsibilities include optimizing existing service systems for warranty processing, defining IT solutions, deriving implementation recommendations, and actively supporting the harmonization of division-specific processes. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, possesses expertise in international IT projects within the automotive sector, and is proficient in agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Success in this position requires strong process modeling skills, particularly in After Sales and Service Management, coupled with fluent German and English skills to effectively manage stakeholders and documentation.
