In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing daily IT operations, which includes the administration of Microsoft 365 and the overall management of the company's IT network infrastructure. You will serve as the primary contact for both hardware and software support, ensuring smooth operations for all employees. A significant part of your work involves documenting and designing digital business processes, assisting the team with planning and introducing new software and IT solutions, and actively developing and implementing automation for routine tasks to drive digitalization and process improvement. To excel, you must be a qualified IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker or Informatikkaufmann) with practical experience in hardware and software.
