Job Summary

This role is designed for an experienced IT professional ready to lead a small team and shape the future of IT operations at the Gerstungen site. The IT Team Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the local IT landscape, including Workplace environments, infrastructure, and OT/Shopfloor systems. Day-to-day tasks involve prioritizing and resolving incidents and service requests according to ITIL standards, performing regular maintenance, patching, backup management, and system monitoring. A key focus is the consistent implementation and continuous development of ITSM processes (Incident, Change, Asset & Knowledge Management). Candidates must possess a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree, 3-5 years of practical experience in IT operations, and initial leadership skills.
