Job Summary

This two-year fixed-term, full-time position as Energy Manager involves spearheading the implementation of a municipal energy management system (EMS) funded by a grant. The role is central to the city's climate protection efforts, requiring the professional to manage the EMS project, conduct energy assessments of municipal properties and technical systems, and generate comprehensive energy reports monitoring the consumption of heat, electricity, fuel, and water. Key responsibilities also include leading the Energy Team, contributing to energy efficiency renovation concepts, managing utility procurement (electricity and other energy sources), and overseeing street lighting documentation.
