Job Summary
This permanent, full-time position involves managing and supporting specialized IT applications for the university administration, primarily focusing on Document Management Systems (DMS) and Form Services Software (FMS). The Application Manager will play a crucial role in the digitalization of administrative processes, translating complex requirements from university staff into technical tickets, and maintaining communication with external service providers and internal IT teams. Key responsibilities include supporting the creation of forms and workflows using FMS, mapping processes using DMS/FMS, and providing occasional soft- and hardware support. Candidates must possess a completed vocational qualification as an IT Specialist (preferably System Integration) or a Bachelor-level degree in a relevant field. Essential requirements include initial professional experience, familiarity with higher education workflows, strong German language skills (C1), and expertise in Windows client systems.
