Job Summary

This critical role involves the comprehensive operation, monitoring, and continuous development of the company's core datacenter infrastructure. The Datacenter Administrator will manage the full lifecycle administration of server, storage, and virtualization environments, ensuring high availability and performance. Key responsibilities include the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and operating systems, proactive monitoring, in-depth error analysis, and sustainable troubleshooting. A vital part of the role is implementing and maintaining robust Backup, Recovery, and Disaster Recovery concepts, alongside meticulous system and process documentation. Candidates must bring a completed IT education or equivalent practical experience, coupled with several years of system administration expertise, strong knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, storage, and foundational IT security understanding. The position, based in Dusseldorf, offers a competitive salary range of €60,000 to €84,000.
