Job Summary

This full-time, temporary position in Weiterstadt involves crucial order management and coordination for laboratory operations. The specialist will be responsible for the intake, distribution, and shipment of deliveries and samples, ensuring accurate registration and data entry into the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). This role requires a highly structured and reliable working style, strong communication skills to facilitate exchange between customers, sales, and laboratory teams, and a keen interest in the laboratory environment. Working hours are flexible but must cover the 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM operational window. Previous experience with LIMS is advantageous, and excellent German language skills (B2 level) are essential for secure daily professional communication.
