Job Summary

This role as an IT Systems Technician Field Service is crucial for maintaining the operational efficiency of Stuttgart Airport, supporting its goal to become one of Europe's most sustainable airports (Destination STRzero). The technician will be responsible for providing 1st and 2nd level support for standard and operational-specific hardware and software, managing incident tickets, and setting up clients, printers, and mobile devices. Key day-to-day tasks include user administration in Active Directory (AD), supporting client-side M365 services, and distributing software via SCCM. Candidates must have a successfully completed IT education and multi-year professional experience, coupled with strong, analytical problem-solving skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products. This position offers a secure, permanent contract and requires participation in on-call duty, contributing directly to the airport's high-performance operations.
