Job Summary

This role involves the crucial maintenance and repair of electrical machinery and drive systems for a long-established, family-run business specializing in electrical drive technology since 1955. The specialist will focus on the mechanical repair and rewinding of AC/DC drives, special machinery, generators, and electric pumps, including their components. Day-to-day tasks include hands-on repair of electric motors, pumps, and gears, manufacturing and repairing mechanical components using conventional machinery (turning, milling, drilling, welding), and troubleshooting electrical controls. The ideal candidate possesses a mechanical or electrical technical background, with a willingness to cross-train into the complementary field, and values reliable, independent work within a supportive family environment offering a permanent contract and development opportunities. Regional on-site service work is also a key responsibility.
