Job Summary

This role is for a dedicated Maintenance Technician focused on preventative maintenance and minor repairs for innovative, sustainable building technology products, primarily in the Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, and Darmstadt regions. The successful candidate will represent the STIEBEL ELTRON brand, ensuring smooth operation of products like heat pumps and related systems. Day-to-day tasks involve performing preventative maintenance, conducting small, clearly defined repairs, providing customer instruction on product use, and digitally documenting all work using modern technology. Key requirements include a vocational trade qualification, ideally in metalworking, electrical, or automotive fields, a willingness to quickly learn new skills in electrical, HVAC (SHK), and refrigeration technologies, and a class B/3 driving license. This position is attractive due to the focus on renewable energy, excellent equipment (top-equipped vehicle, professional tools), and extensive opportunities for specialized training, such as obtaining refrigeration certification (Kälteschein) or becoming a qualified electrician.
