Job Summary

This role is ideal for a highly motivated and experienced professional to lead the non-destructive testing (NDT) laboratory within a globally active mechanical engineering company specializing in high-pressure hydraulic connection technology. The Lead Technician will be responsible for executing Magnetic Particle Testing (MT) procedures, evaluating and documenting material tests, and ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards. Key responsibilities include leading subordinate staff, managing laboratory audits, creating NDT instructions and procedures, and approving final products and documentation. Candidates must possess a technical background, preferably as a certified Mechanical Engineering Technician, hold a Level 3 certification in MT (ISO 9712), and have a minimum of three years of relevant professional experience. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the company's high quality standards.
