This role is ideal for an experienced Development Engineer passionate about aerospace technology, focusing on creating advanced Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) algorithms for missiles and guided munitions. Day-to-day tasks involve developing simulation models, designing high-performance and robust flight controllers using classical and modern control engineering methods (including H-infinity control and dynamic inversion), and implementing/testing these algorithms. The position requires deep expertise in system dynamics, control theory, and proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and C/C++. Required Skills

Education

Degree in Control Engineering, Technical Cybernetics, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering with a specialization in Control Engineering, or equivalent qualification

Experience

  • Professional experience in system dynamics, control and simulation technology
  • Professional experience in flight control systems
  • Experience with robust linear control procedures (H-infinity control or µ-Synthesis) (Advantageous)
  • Experience with nonlinear control procedures (dynamic inversion or sliding mode control) (Advantageous)
