You will also be responsible for handling Second Level incident reports related to Windows 10/11 and MS Office applications, ensuring all service activities are accurately documented within the client's Incident Management System. Ideal candidates will have a completed vocational qualification in IT, such as an IT Specialist for System Integration or IT System Electronics Technician, coupled with professional experience in IT technology.
