Job Summary
This role involves providing comprehensive, action-oriented training, both theoretical and practical, in IT fields such as network technology and hardware, specifically targeting vocational rehabilitation for individuals with health limitations. The instructor is responsible for fostering technical, social, personal, and methodological competencies among participants through targeted measures, ensuring software-supported documentation of the entire training process, and contributing relevant content to reporting. A key aspect is the continuous conceptual development of the action-oriented training curriculum and supporting integration and job application training with technical expertise. The ideal candidate holds an IT qualification (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) combined with advanced qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman or IT Business Administrator) and possesses professional experience in the IT sector, preferably with prior experience in vocational training or further education. Empathy, teamwork, and a solution-oriented approach are essential for success in this meaningful and varied position.
Required Skills
Education
Completed IT apprenticeship (e.g., IT Specialist for System Integration or IT Systems Electronics Technician) with an additional advanced qualification (e.g., Master Craftsman, IT Business Administrator) or comparable qualification; AdA certification (or willingness to acquire it promptly)
Experience
- Several years of professional experience in the IT sector
- Professional experience in vocational training and further education (desirable)
