This role as a 1st and 2nd Level IT Support Specialist involves being the primary point of contact for users, ensuring smooth IT operations across various systems. Day-to-day tasks include handling ticket processing, meticulous documentation, and follow-up on service requests. A significant part of the job involves hands-on hardware maintenance, supporting system and workspace relocations, and managing the inventory of IT components and consumables. Furthermore, you will be responsible for Mobile Device Management (MDM), administering telephony clients (softphones and headsets), and maintaining printer and video systems.
