Job Summary

This role involves the comprehensive development, implementation, and optimization of application solutions for machinery and industrial plants. Day-to-day tasks include programming and realizing servo-technical applications, creating and modifying PLC and visualization systems using tools like TIA Portal and potentially Schneider Electric, and commissioning self-developed programs, including system configuration. A key responsibility is managing retrofit projects and modernizing existing controls to optimize machine performance. Candidates must possess a background in electrical engineering or mechatronics, either through a vocational degree with further qualification as a certified technician or a university degree. The position requires strong analytical skills, a structured work approach, and a willingness to travel domestically and occasionally internationally for commissioning and support.
