Job Summary

This pivotal role as a Business Analyst focusing on Artificial Intelligence and Agentic systems involves driving the operational implementation of the financial institution's AI strategy. Day-to-day tasks include developing critical guidelines, processes, and control mechanisms to ensure the responsible deployment of AI technologies. The analyst will coordinate strategic AI projects, ensure adherence to internal standards, and actively analyze regulatory requirements to guarantee compliance with forthcoming AI regulations, such as the EU AI Act. Furthermore, the role requires close collaboration with project management, handling planning, status tracking, and ensuring transparent communication with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Key requirements include a completed university degree in fields like Computer Science or Business Administration, coupled with a minimum of six years of relevant professional experience, ideally in a Business Analyst capacity.
