Job Summary

This leadership position involves managing, overseeing, and executing all operational workflows related to building and operational technology for the City of Völklingen. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the central building control systems, developing and implementing energy management strategies, and overseeing the procurement and billing of construction services for technical systems, particularly within the City Hall. The role requires a certified Technician in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics with several years of professional experience, strong organizational skills, decisiveness, and the ability to work outside standard hours when necessary.
