Job Summary

This role is for a Data Strategy Specialist within the Data & Analytics Services team, focusing on optimizing the use and analysis of data to enable informed decisions, efficient processes, and modern services for insured members. The specialist will act as a technical sparring partner, collaborating closely with IT, business units, data protection, and external partners. Key responsibilities include optimizing data platforms and processes, continuously improving data usage from core systems for analytical purposes, and identifying needs within existing data landscapes to derive and manage concrete measures. The position requires a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or Data Science, coupled with professional experience in IT and data environments, particularly conceptual work on data platforms (On-Prem and/or Cloud).
