Job Summary

This specialized engineering role focuses on the Guidance, Navigation, and Control (GNC) of high-technology systems, specifically guided missiles. The engineer will be responsible for creating detailed simulation models and developing complex control algorithms, utilizing both classical and modern control techniques. Key responsibilities include the application of advanced methods such as Extended Kalman Filters (EKF), H∞-control, µ-Synthesis, and nonlinear control (e.g., Sliding Mode Control). A core part of the job involves designing and implementing GNC algorithms using MATLAB/Simulink. Furthermore, the role requires participation in the operational implementation, integration, and subsequent flight testing of the developed algorithms. Candidates must hold a degree in Control Engineering, Aerospace, or a related field, possess strong proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink and Git, and demonstrate excellent written and spoken German and English skills.
