Job Summary

This role is critical for actively shaping the decarbonization and future of the energy supply networks in Bremen, focusing specifically on electricity. The expert will be responsible for the strategic development of the networks from an Asset Management perspective, ensuring objectivity and transparency in future challenges. Day-to-day tasks involve developing technically and economically optimized supply and connection concepts, creating concrete optimization strategies for the networks, and analyzing the impact of new regulations and laws. A key focus is supporting the development of IT systems, interfaces, and computational models for future scenario planning. The ideal candidate possesses a degree in electrical engineering or equivalent, professional experience in energy supply network planning and project management, and a strategic, analytical, and conceptual approach to balancing technical specifications with economic frameworks.
