Job Summary
This part-time (20 hours/week) role as an Executive Assistant is based at Kroki-Haus gGmbH in Gießen, a specialized residential youth welfare facility supporting children and young adults with chronic illnesses. The core function is to provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director. Daily responsibilities involve general office management, crucial personnel administration tasks, coordinating billing and invoicing processes with cost carriers, and managing communication streams with external partners such as the tax office and business associates. The assistant is also responsible for preparatory accounting duties. Candidates should ideally possess a completed commercial education or relevant professional experience. Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, resilience, initiative, and, critically, deep empathy and understanding for the unique circumstances of the facility's residents.
