Job Summary

This role involves coordinating and managing all aspects of facility operations, ensuring buildings and technical installations are maintained efficiently and safely. The Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing monitoring, maintenance, and repair work, managing both internal and external teams to quickly resolve disruptions. A core part of the job is ensuring strict compliance with safety and health regulations, including occupational and fire safety standards. Furthermore, the Coordinator will handle the planning and execution of renovation and modernization projects, managing the entire lifecycle from concept to completion. Key requirements include a technical degree in Facility Management or a related field, several years of professional experience, strong knowledge of safety regulations, and proven expertise in project management and budget control. This position requires excellent organizational skills, communication strength, and the ability to effectively manage external service providers and suppliers.
