Job Summary

This leadership role involves spearheading the IT Infrastructure and IT Security departments, driving the strategic transformation from an on-premise environment to a Cloud Native architecture, specifically leveraging Microsoft Azure, to support future Big Data solutions. The Team Lead will be responsible for managing the Infrastructure, IT Security, and Helpdesk teams, ensuring the smooth operation of internal network and IT telecommunications systems, including MS Teams telephony. Key responsibilities also include developing and implementing IT policies compliant with ISO 27001 and standard security protocols, and managing the IT infrastructure for new branch offices. Candidates must possess substantial experience in IT infrastructure, cloud environments, and digital processes, coupled with proven leadership skills in a digitally focused, service-oriented IT setting.
