Job Summary
This role is crucial for supporting the GLOBUS Group, a leading German retail company, by serving as an internal SAP HCM/OM specialist. The consultant will be responsible for advising specialized departments on implementing customer-related processes and ensuring legal compliance within the SAP landscape. Core daily tasks include analyzing business requirements, drafting technical and functional specifications, and meticulous planning and execution of functional and integration tests to guarantee seamless implementation. Furthermore, the specialist will manage ongoing application development, system customizing, and provide high-level user support. The ideal candidate combines a background in IT or Business Administration with strong SAP knowledge, preferably in the HCM module, and excellent analytical skills. Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Informatics, Business Informatics, or Business Administration, or comparable vocational training qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in SAP consulting and application support

- Good practical knowledge of SAP, ideally within the HCM module
