This Senior Consultant role is pivotal in driving continuous transformation for clients, focusing heavily on Requirements Engineering and Business Analysis within agile project environments. The successful candidate will play a central role in individual software development projects, specifically leveraging the PEGA low-code platform. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing client problems, developing sustainable solution strategies, creating functional concepts, and ensuring the correct technical implementation of requirements by acting as the key interface between clients, specialist departments, and development teams. Responsibilities also extend to process modeling (BPMN 2.0), data modeling (UML), creating user stories/epics, managing the project backlog, and supporting testing efforts.
