Job Summary
This role involves shaping the future of skilled trades by training the next generation of electricians and supporting experienced professionals. As an Electrical Engineer and Trainer, you will deliver engaging instruction across various educational programs, from vocational orientation for students and migrants to advanced master courses and continuing education for adults. A key part of your responsibilities will be to continuously develop and refine course content and teaching materials, ensuring they are up-to-date and effective. You will also be responsible for maintaining workshops and classrooms, ensuring a smooth and functional learning environment. Collaboration with external partners, such as examination boards and industry associations, is essential to align training with industry standards. This position offers the flexibility of full-time employment or a freelance basis, allowing you to contribute your expertise in a dynamic and supportive team environment within one of Germany's largest Chambers of Skilled Crafts.

Master qualification in Electrical Trades (Meisterqualifikation im Elektrohandwerk)
Experience
- Professional experience in teaching or training is preferred but not explicitly required beyond the enjoyment of sharing knowledge.
- Experience with KNX, VoIP, LWL, or SPS is beneficial.
