Job Summary

This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional ready to optimize commercial processes using ERP software, specifically Sage100. Day-to-day responsibilities include providing comprehensive telephone and written support to end-users and business partners regarding the Sage100 ERP solution and the company's proprietary WebApp. The specialist will continuously monitor and optimize existing business processes, analyze and resolve service requests and incidents, and manage the commercial aspects of the service process. Key requirements include professional experience in ERP user support, ideally within the Sage environment, strong analytical skills, and a high degree of customer and service orientation. This position offers the opportunity to expand competencies as a customer consultant, work autonomously, and contribute to the development of proprietary add-on modules like smart4business for ticket and contract management, all within a dynamic and supportive team environment.
