This role seeks a highly motivated Technical Project Manager to lead technically focused teams within high-tech and IT customer projects, specifically in the civil and military communications sector. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the entire lifecycle of technical work packages, from initial specification and architecture design through to timely and quality-driven implementation. The manager will be the crucial communication link between technical teams, project leadership, and clients, ensuring alignment and successful delivery, particularly in complex IT projects with a focus on network technologies. Key qualifications include a Master's degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) and at least three years of experience in technical project management using the V-Model. Fluency in German and very good English skills are mandatory, along with proficiency in project management tools like Confluence and Jira. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in the Defense industry projects (desired)
  • Professional experience in leading and motivating teams
