Job Summary

This is a pivotal leadership role as the Head of Information Technology, responsible for the operational management and organization of IT across all locations of the hospital group. The successful candidate will actively shape the IT and digitalization strategy, bearing overall responsibility for the entire IT system landscape, including Hospital Information Systems (HIS), medical subsystems, infrastructure, networks, and communication solutions. A central task involves planning and coordinating the IT implementation and digital commissioning of the new central clinic in Borwede. The role requires providing expert IT advice to the management board on strategic and investment decisions, leading and developing IT teams for quality and efficiency, and managing external service providers. This position offers a newly created leadership function with a clear scope of responsibility, allowing active participation in the digital evolution of a municipal hospital group, supported by attractive compensation and a collaborative environment.
