Job Summary

This role involves shaping the future of vocational training and continuing education in Electrical Engineering at the leading educational institution in Brandenburg. The Specialist Instructor will be responsible for developing and leading theoretical and practical courses for apprentices, master craftsmen, and specialists, utilizing existing curricula while continuously optimizing teaching concepts to integrate the latest industry standards. Key responsibilities include managing technical resources within the workshop area and driving the implementation of new technologies such as fiber optics, Smart Home, KNX, and renewable energy systems.
