This role involves providing essential on-site technical support for customers using printing and multifunction systems. The Field Service Technician will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of the equipment, including installation, setup, networking, routine maintenance, and complex repairs directly at the client's location. A key component of the job is also providing remote technical assistance by supporting the technical customer hotline. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical aptitude and is preferably trained as an Office Information Electronics Technician or in a related technical/crafts field, though motivated career changers are encouraged to apply. This position requires excellent customer interaction skills and the ability to work independently in the field, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and operational efficiency for the devices.
